Bram Walters joined SunVest as Chief Executive Officer in 2022. Since joining the company, he has led SunVest’s growth into one of the nation’s leading distributed solar and energy storage platforms, with approximately 300 MW of solar and battery energy storage projects under management and a development pipeline approaching 3.0 GW. He is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and oversees all aspects of its development, financing, construction, operations and investment activities.
Prior to joining SunVest, Bram was Managing Partner of Euclid Capital, an infrastructure-focused private equity firm he co-founded in 2018. He led Euclid Capital’s investment in SunVest in 2020 and has served on the company’s Board of Directors since that time.
Before co-founding Euclid Capital, Bram was Managing Partner, Energy & Renewables, at Forum Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on infrastructure and real assets. As a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, he led all of the firm’s renewable energy investment activities.
Earlier in his career, Bram held progressively senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank, National Bank Financial and IBM, advising clients on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and infrastructure investments.
